Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3493 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3493 is a jelly level with 16 moves.
The first and most important thing to do is get candies into the middle section. You won't get very far if you can't get them there as that is where all the jelly is. You can try to do it the hard way using stripes and stripe/wrap combos, but you are unlikely to get very far that way.
The best way, maybe the only way, to get the middle of the board moving is with a colourbomb combo. Switch a colourbomb with either a stripe or another colourbomb to unlock some, or all, of the locked cells and then you will be able to get some candies into the fenced section using other combos.
Once there are candies in the middle look for moves there to clear the chocolate and licorice and since there are only three colours on the board at the moment it is pretty easy to make special candies and combos to get the jelly cleared.
The hardest part of this level is getting started on unlocking the locked licorice and chocolate, but once that is done the cascades will usually take care of the rest for you.
The video below starts with 16 moves but is completed in 13 moves so if the moves are reduced hopefully it will still be helpful.
