You have to simply clear the jelly to complete level 3566 Candy Crush Saga. Although it is far from simple. You can ignore the licorice, you don't need to clear it and there is no jelly under it.
Work on getting to the keys and collecting them, the keys unlock candies of the same colour which drop down into the jelly bottom left and clear it for you.
