Level 3605 is a jelly level, you simply have to clear the jelly to complete the level.
The first thing you need to do is collect the keys to unlock the locked cells and release fish and mystery candies. The mystery candies will drop from the dispensers at the sides and these can be very useful, or not. As always when mystery candies are involved you will need a bit of luck as they can be just as bad as they can be good.
You need to look for combos as much as possible and it needs you to look very carefully at the candies before every move because there are candy canes blocking your moves so it can be tricky to make the combos needed.
Colourbomb combos are the best combos to use, especially switching them with a wrap as this will clear the most jelly.
