Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3623 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3623 is a jelly level with 17 moves. The board is divided into 4 sections by the fishing floats which are in a cross formation in the middle of the board.
All the jelly is under the blockers and locked licorice and you have no chance of clearing it without the help of fish from the floats.
Your moves are quite restricted as there are only the two top sections to make moves and it is impossible to make colourbombs. What you need are stripe/wrap combos, these will hit loads of floats and give you a whole school of jelly fish! The fish will do all the work for you until you get some candies in the bottom half of the board, then you may be able to make matches in the jelly, but you still need fish, so keep looking for those combos to hit as many floats as possible as often as you can.
