Level 3634 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The dragons are on the board at the start of the game, in the top left section of the board.

The first job is to clear the bombs before they count down to zero, you should still be looking for chances to make combos with the bombs, but it is important that they are not allowed to count down and kill your game.

To collect the dragons you need to clear the locked licorice which is holding them back. This is not as hard as it looks. Once you begin to clear the licorice from the diagonal lines you will get striped candies dropping down those diagonal columns. These stripes can then be used to unlock and clear the licorice on the left. Wrapped candies are also very useful if you switch them with another special candy, especially a colourbomb. 

You can't switch the stripes in the diagonal columns, you will have to hit them with other special candies to detonate them. Any other special candy or combo will be helpful but colourbomb combos are especially useful. Check the board carefully before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need.

You have to collect 5 ingredients to complete level 3634 Candy Crush Saga.

The level can be either hard or easy, depending on how you play it. The easy way is to make a double colourbomb combo and this will collect all the ingredients in one move as it will clear the licorice holding them back on the left side of the board.

The hard way is to try to clear the licorice using stripes and combos that you can make on the right side of the board. Clearing the licorice inside the candy cane section will give you stripes in their place which in turn will clear the licorice on the left and allow the nuts to drop, but this is a risky strategy as if the bombs don't get you the shortage of moves will. In fact I'm not sure that this will work at all as I have never managed to complete the level the hard way, the closest I came was needing one more nut.

For this reason I would suggest you go for the colourbombs from the start of the game. You need to look really carefully at the start as it can be tricky to see the patterns in the bombs.
