Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3649 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 3649 is a jelly level and to begin with you have very little choice of moves so you need a bit of luck at the start of the game, but once you get a few candies unlocked it gets a bit easier to make better moves.
All you really need is to try to make stripe/wrap combos, these will give you lots of fish from the floats and the fish will target everything that needs to be cleared. The fish seem to have priorities on this level, first they will unlock the chocolate, then the candies. Next they will clear the unlocked chocolate and finally they will start to clear jelly. The fish will leave the frog covered in chocolate until all the rest of the chocolate is cleared.
Once the frog is uncovered you can start to grow it, but it isn't a priority, it is better to use your moves to make more combos, stripe/wrap are best, but if you get a colourbomb switch it with a stripe or a wrap first and if you can't do that use it to grow the frog instead. Once grown the frog can be used to clear the tricky jellies at the bottom of the board.
The most important thing to do is to make the combos to hit the floats as many times as possible and the fish will do the job for you.
If you want to use boosters the jelly fish booster is probably a good one to use, it will not be as useful as the fish from the floats, but it will help to get any last jellies.
