Level 3663 is a dual task level, you have to collect three ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level.
Since there are candy cane fences as well as blockers and licorice to contend with, the best candies to begin with are wrapped candies and if you can switch two wraps together at any time this will go a long way to opening up the board. A double wrap combo is especially useful at the stat when moves are limited and there are a lot of blockers to clear.
Forget about the ingredients, they will be collected as you clear the jelly since the whole board needs clearing.
Once you have opened up the board a bit look for colourbombs and if possible switch them with a stripe or a wrap, this will help to grow the popcorns on the board as well as clear blockers and jelly.
Keep looking for those poweful colourbomb combos and eventually you will clear the level although you may lose a few lives to do it.
