This can be a really frustrating level as you need combos and they are often detonated before you get the chance to use them. If you can, make the stripe/wrap combo first and get it out of the way so you can concentrate on stripes which you need more of.
Sometimes you can make the stripe combos in the middle part of the board, but if not make the stripes in the middle column and if there are empty spaces at the bottom the stripes will drop through and be carried by the conveyor to be switched with the stripes sitting in the sides of the board.
You should look for stripes every move and all the time look for ways to get them together.
Sometimes you will get colourbombs, although you don't need them and the best thing to do with them is to get rid of them quickly, you can switch them with a stripe to get the stripes you need, or just with a single colour to give you a better chance to make more stripes.
