Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3691 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3691 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect toffee squares to complete the level. The toffees can't drop until you have collected keys, each key unlocks some locks and releases toffees, but you will need to collect all the keys that drop to unlock all the toffees.
There will be plenty of toffees dropping once you unlock the locked cells so you won't have to clear every one to complete the orders.
The main problem at the start of the level is the countdown bombs. These need to be cleared before they count down to zero, but they have quite a long countdown so you should be able to get to them in the moves available. Remember, the bombs only count down when you make a move, so take your time and look carefully at the board before every move.
To begin with the board is very restricted by the blockers and locked bombs, try to make moves as low down the board as you can and with a bit of luck you will be able to make stripes and wraps to unlock the licorice locks as well as collecting the keys as they drop. Wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos will help to unlock and clear the bombs and blockers. Once the keys are collected and the toffees are dropping you should find it easier to make the special candies and combos you need to collect the toffees.
