Level 3698 Candy Crush Saga is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. There are four spawners on the board which will spawn licorice onto the board every 3 moves unless you hit them either by making moves beside them or hitting them with combos. The licorice will block your moves if you allow the spawners to spawn too much, so it is a good idea to get rid of them as soon as you can. Clearing the spawners will also help with clearing the cakes, as they explode they will clear cake sections. Try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will help to clear the cakes and spawners as well as the jelly. Use stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the spawners and the cakes. Once the cakes and spawners are gone you can see what you have left to clear. Check carefully to see what is needed to clear any remaining jellies and don't waste moves.

Level 3698 is a jelly level and to clear the jelly you need to destroy the spawners and the cakes as there is jelly under them all.

If you concentrate on clearing the spawners to begin with they will usually clear the cakes when they explode. You should be able to make some moves beside the spawners, but at the same time look for chances to make stripes or wraps which can also be used to help destroy them. Making combos will have the added advantage of hitting the cakes too.

There are dispensers around the board that will give you stripes and wraps once the blockers are cleared from below them, these can be useful for clearing any remaining jelly and also hitting anything else on the board that is needed.

You need to be looking for combos all the time although it isn't easy to make them to begin with it gets easier as the board begins to be cleared.

There are only three colours on the board at the time of writing so it is easy to make the specials needed once you have cleared some of the obstacles.
