Level 3716 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to open and collect four licorice shells to complete the level. The shells are locked in the locked cells in each corner of the board so before you can begin to open them you need to collect the keys to unlock the locked cells.

The keys are covered in marmalade and hidden in amongst the locked chocolate. The keys can be collected by using colourbombs and colourbomb combos, but you are more likely to need to use other combos to do this. Wrapped candies and wrap combos are good for unlocking and clearing the chocolate as well as opening the licorice shells. You will get more keys dropping from the dispenser at the top of the board as there are not enough on the board to completely unlock the locked cells.

The keys will also release countdown bombs from the top of the board, but you won't need to worry about then since you won't have many moves left by the time they start to drop. Use wrap combos and colourbomb combos to open up the licorice shells once they are unlocked. Take your time, there is no time limit, and look carefully at the board before every move so you don't waste any, there are not many moves to spare.

You have to grow all four of the popcorns into colourbombs to complete level 3716 Candy Crush Saga.

Although not classified as a hard level this can be quite tricky to pass and needs a bit of luck at the start. You need to get a good start to collect the keys as quickly as possible to unlock the popcorns so that you can begin growing them. It doesn't matter if the chocolate eats the keys as they will still be counted and will unlock the locked cells.

Unfortunately once you have collected the keys you also unlock bomb dispensers which drop 8 move bombs down each side of the board. You can't afford to waste moves chasing the bombs, so you have to be brave and ignore them while you make combos to grow the popcorns. 

You will have to make colourbomb combos to have any chance of beating level 3716, this is the only way. The best combos are colourbomb/stripe combos, these will hit the popcorns and clear the bombs at the same time, so saving moves.

Switching a wrap with a colourbomb can be good, but the wraps tend to drop down the board before they explode, so if you need to hit the top popcorns this combo is unlikely to be helpful.

If everything goes well and the stripes go where you want them this can be a fairly easy level to complete, but I played over 35 games before I finally managed to pass and the main problem I had in most of the games was the bombs counting down. 

The video below was completed in 13 moves, but I was lucky that the stripes went the right way most of the time.
