Level 3720 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect toffee squares to complete the level and you don't have many moves to do it. To begin with you don't have much choice of moves so make whatever moves you can to open up the board a bit. 

Once the board is a bit more open you need to look for colourbombs and other special candies. If you can switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap this will go a long way to clearing most of the toffee squares. Keep your eye on the moves you have left as they go very quickly and this will be the biggest problem to completing level 3720.

Level 3720 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect waffles and there are only 10 moves to complete it. You will need a bit of luck to complete level 3720 in 10 moves but it is possible. 

You won't have many choices of move to begin with but you will need some combos to have a chance of completing the level. Look carefully at the board before every move and try to make wraps and other special candies. Wraps are good as they will clear a bigger area but a colourbomb switched with any other special candy will be the best of all.

You need a bit of luck to complete level 3720 because you have to rely on the mystery candies to give you a few of the blockers that you need. There are blockers on the board but there are 2 less than you need, so if the mystery candies don't turn into blockers you won't pass the level.

First you need to clear the blockers, especially the top one, this will let the waffles drop down the conveyors between the candy cane fences where you will be able to collect them more easily.

The mystery candies can be really helpful if they turn into stripes and wraps which you can use to clear the waffles. If you get a colourbomb try to switch it with a stripe or a wrap, this will clear a lot of waffles and blockers.

Use the conveyors to get your combos together and use the mystery candies whenever they drop, this will save moves and hopefully give you the extra blockers you need.
