Level 3771 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear all the jelly to complete the level and at the time of writing there are 35 moves.
There are fishing floats and stripe dispensers to help you clear the jelly and these have to be used as much as possible. You won't have a lot of choice of moves, especially at the start so you have to make the best of what you have and try to find chances to make wraps or colourbombs to go with the stripes.
You can forget about the ingredients, if you clear the jelly they will be collected, so concentrate on that.
The hardest blocker to clear in the one in the middle of the bottom row and this is where the exits for the ingredients are, so any chance you get to hit that blocker should be taken.
Once the popcorn is grown the colourbomb will need to be hit with a stripe or a wrap as it's impossible to switch it.
Colourbomb/stripe or colourbomb/wrap combos are the best for clearing the blockers and jelly and you can use the conveyors to get the combos into the best position to hit what needs to be hit.
The fish from the floats will usually go for the locked blockers first, then the blockers and finally the jelly, but they tend to avoid the bottom blocker until there are no more in my experience.
