You have to collect 4 ingredients to complete level 3782 Candy Crush Saga.
The ingredients start to drop from the dispensers at the top as soon as one is unlocked, they only drop one at a time so you need to get them off the board as quickly as possible so the next one can drop.
Try to keep at least one of the exits free of the multi layer chocolate so that the ingredients have an exit open all the time, it doesn't matter too much if the normal chocolate from the chocolate machines blocks the exits as this can be cleared easily using a striped candy. The multi layer chocolate can be very frustrating if you let it cover the exits as it needs hitting over and over again.
Use a stripe or a stripe/wrap combo to collect the ingredients and as soon as you have collected one make the next move below the dispenser where there is an open exit so that the next ingredient drops where you can collect it.
