Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3817 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 3917 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect toffee squares and cream blockers to complete the level. The blockers are all on the board and have to be completely cleared and the toffee squares will drop down the side columns as you clear them.
Get some of the licorice out of the way so you can begin to clear the blockers and toffees. Then try to make stripe/wrap combos and other combos to clear the blockers and toffees. You will get stripes dropping from the dispensers at the top of the board as you play and these can be used to make combos to clear the blockers. Work your way down the board and drop your combos to the bottom of the board so you clear the blockers along the bottom of the board. While you are clearing the blockers keep your eyes on the toffees to make sure you collect ebnough of them before you run out of moves.
