Level 3826 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you are likely to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a normal jelly level, you have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. There is no jelly under the spawners so there is no need to clear them to complete the level. They will spawn licorice locks but you should be able to keep them under control if you look for special candies and combos.

Look for chances to make wrapped candies which are best for clearing the blockers to get to the jelly underneath. Try to work close to the bottom of the board to create cascades which will help to clear the blockers and jelly. As with all jelly levels, take your time and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to complete the level.

Level 3826 is a jelly level with loads of Evil Spawners to contend with.

The only way to deal with this level is to begin making combos from the start and keep using them. Don't try to save your combos as they are likely to be locked in licorice by the spawners. The more times you can hit the spawners with combos the less they will spawn the licorice locks and the better chance you will have of clearing the jelly.

Colourbomb sombos are always good for jelly levels, switch them with a stripe or a wrap, or even switch two together if you can get them.

You will get waffles dropping from the dispenser at the top of the board but there's nothing you can do to stop that, so you just have to deal with the waffles as they drop. Combos will clear them along with the jelly.
