You have to collect 6 ingredients to complete level 3830 Candy Crush Saga.
The ingredients drop down to the bottom then through the portals to the exits at the top of the board.This means that the waffles have to be cleared out of the way at the bottom and the top of the board so they can drop through.
The wraps in the top row are there to help clear the waffles, but you have to hit them with a stripe or a colourbomb to get them detonated and it takes quite a few hits to clear the thick waffles at the top.
At the same time as you are clearing the waffles at the top you also need to clear them at the bottom, because they will drop through to the top if there are any below the ingredients when the exits are cleared.
It is tempting to hit the wraps whenever possible, but sometimes it is better to clear the waffles at the bottom first so that when the waffles blocking the exits are cleared the ingredients will drop straight through. If you concentrate too much on the wraps you will just get more waffles dropping into the exits.
One of the best combos is a colourbomb/stripe, this will hit the waffles as well as the wraps and should clear quite a lot of the board although this combo is not easy to make, especially at first when the moves are very restricted.
If you have the helmet or spacdash boosters try to get the colourbomb and stripe or colourbomb and wrap together at the start.
