Level 3865 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to gummi dragons but the strategy is the same and the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way. The exits for the dragons are at the bottom of the board so the toffees have to be cleared from below them so they are able to drop through the portals and down to the bottom of the board.

Treat this as you would a normal jelly level by making special candies and combos whenever you can. Any combo will be helpful but stripe/wrap combos and colourbomb combos are always most helpful. As with all jelly levels you need to check the whole board carefully before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to clear the jelly and collect the dragons.

Level 3865 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The dragons are in the middle of the board and you need to clear the waffles from below them so they can drop through the portals and down to the exits.

The good thing about level 3865 is that you will get lots of stripes and wraps dropping from the dispensers at the top of the board and these can be switched together to clear the waffles and the jelly. Drop the combos to the bottom part of the board if you can to clear the waffles at the bottom and collect the dragons.

This is not a hard level to complete as long as you use the combos in the right places.

Level 3865 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level.
Update: Level 3865 is now classified as a super hard level and waffles have now been added as well as some double layer jelly.
Before the ingredients can go anywhere you need to collect the keys to unlock the middle section, this needs to be done in as few moves as possible to give you enough moves to clear the jelly and collect the ingredients.

The ingredients will not drop all the way down the board when you make moves under them, you have to let them move down the conveyor until they are in the bottom section and then you will be able to drop them down to the exits. If you don't drop the ingredients off the conveyor in the bottom section they will move back up to the top of the conveyor and have to move back down again.

Keep the bombs under control as you play if needed, although I found that by the time I collected all the keys the bomb countdown was more than the moves I had left.
