I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.

Level 3893 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons but the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way as the cherries.

Treat level 3893 as a normal jelly level and the dragons will be collected as you play. As you clear the toffees and the jelly the dragons will drop dow to the exits. Try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will help to clear the toffees and jellies without using too many moves. As with all jelly levels, take your time and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you need to clear the jelly. 

Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best combos to use, but any combo will be useful, especially colourbomb combos.

Level 3893 is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredient and clear all the jelly to complete the level.

The first and most important thing you need to do is to clear the keys at the bottom of the board, from the start you need to look for stripes or even a colourbomb to clear them, each key you clear will unlock the next one and as you clear them they get a lot easier until the board is unlocked. Sometimes the fish will collect the keys for you but not always so you can't rely on them much and quite often the fish will spoil your next moves.

Once the board is unlocked you need to look for stripes and combos to clear the waffles from under the ingredient so that it can drop down the column on the left. The stripes you are given are helpful but you need lots more to clear the waffles.

You can ignore the jelly, it will be cleared without you having to do much as you need lots of combos to collect the ingredient and this will clear the jelly as you play.

The candies drop through the portals into the bottom left section so you can often make stripes in the top section and drop them through to where you need them. There are not many moves to spare so play carefully and don't waste moves making special candies that won't be any use to you.
