Hints and tips showing how to pass level 3899 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

Level 3899 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect cream blockers and licorice squares to complete the level. The orders are all on the board from the start of the game and all have to be cleared to complete the level. The cream blockers can be cleared by making matches beside them, but you will need striped candies and combos to collect the licorice.
Strip/wrap combos are one of the best ways to collect the orders as they will clear the cream blockers and licorice at the same time. You can use colourbombs and they will help to clear the blockers, but to get to the licorice it is best to switch a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap. Better still if you can get two colourbombs together and switch them. Switching two colourbombs will clear most of the licorice, which is why some are locked, so they can't be cleared in one move.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances to make the special candies and combos you will need to collect the orders and complete the level.
