Level 3924 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect all the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to gummi dragons, but the strategy is the same and the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way.

The most important thing to do as soon as possible is to collect the keys. They will have to be unlocked from the licorice locks first, using stripes or wraps or combos of them. A colourbomb combo is also useful for collecting the keys. Once the dragons are unlocked they will drop through the portals onto the main part of the board. Once on the board you will need to clear the way for the dragons to drop down to the exits at the bottom of the board. Use any combo you can make to clear the blockers so the dragons can drop, stripe/wrap combos are one of the best ways to collect the dragons. Colourbombs and colourbomb combos will also be useful to collect the dragons. 

Take your time, there is no time limit, and look carefully at the whole board before every move as there are not many to spare and you can't afford to waste any.

Level 3924 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. First you will need to collect the keys to unlock the dragons, then they need to be dropped to the exits at the bottom of the board.

Any combo will be helpful to collect the keys and at the same time you can be clearing the cream blockers. Once the dragons are released you need to clear the way below them so they can get to the exits. This is not a hard level apart from you don't have many moves to complete it so you have to be very careful not to waste any.

You have to collect all the ingredients which are locked in licorice along the top of the board.

First you need to collect the keys which drop down in the middle of the board, you will need to keep clearing the licorice to get the keys dropping and sometimes they can be a bit slow to drop. The keys unlock wrapped candies along the top part of the board which will in turn unlock the licorice locks holding back the ingredients. You will likely clear some of the licorice as you are collecting keys so be careful not to detonate the wraps too early, you need to switch them together for the best results.

Try to get as many of the wraps unlocked as you can without setting them off too early. Once you have collected most, or all, of the keys you can switch two of the wraps together to unlock the ingredients and clear the licorice so that they can drop down and out of the exits.
