Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4060 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie
Level 4060 is now a hard level, although not classified as such at the moment.
It is a straightforward jelly level and the only way to pass is by using as many combos as you can and also try to get cascades going to save moves.
Working close to the bottom of the board will get cascades moving, but the problem then is that a lot of licorice will drop down from the top and block your moves.
The only way to stop the licorice from taking over is to use combos that will clear it at the same time as clearing the blockers and jelly.
If you can manage to make a colourbomb/wrap combo this will go some way to clearing the board, but any combo will help. The fish from the floats can be useful, but you need a lot to do any good and you are unlikely to get enough to make a lot of difference. The fish are most useful when you only have a few jellies left to clear.
The video below was made before the moves were reduced but give an idea of the strategy involved in clearing the level.
