Level 4062 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the gummi dragons to complete the level. The video below was made before the cherries were changed to dragons but the strategy is the same and the dragons will be collected in exactly the same way. The dragons are on the board at the start of the game and to collect them you will need to unlock the licorice locks on the main board. The licorice locks are blocking the portals and once they are cleared the toffees and the dragons can drop through onto the main board.

Once the dragons drop through onto the main board you will need to clear enough chocolate and toffees to allow them to drop down to the exits. You will need to make special candies and combos to have any chance of collecting the dragons. look carefully at the board before every move so that you don't miss any chances to make the special candies you need. Vertical stripes and stripe/wrap combos are good if you can make them and colourbombs are always useful. There are not many moves to spare so try not to waste any.

Remember, the task is only to collect the dragons, not clear the whole board.

Level 4062 is an ingredients level, you have to collect 4 ingredients to complete the level.

I am not sure that this level is possible without using boosters so I would recommend using whatever you have available and a coconut wheel is possibly the most useful.

The ingredients have to travel to the bottom of the left column and from there to the top right square on the main board. To get the ingredients to the top right they need to be at the very bottom of the left column, below the conveyor, then the candy in the top right square has to be removed so that they can drop through. From there you have to drop them off the conveyor through one of the gaps and down to the exits at the bottom of the board.

There is no need to clear all the blockers along the top of the board, just the ones towards the right of the board so that you can get the ingredients through the gaps.

Once the ingredients are on the board you will have to clear the chocolate and waffles from the bottom of the board so that the ingredients can drop through to the exits.

You need a bit of luck to get the ingredients through onto the board as well as boosters, but if you can make colourbombs they can be the most helpful special candies.

The moves have been reduced since the following video was made but the player completes the game with plenty of moves to spare using a coconut wheel and some luck.
