Level 4213 Candy Crush Saga is an order level, you have to collect the cherries or gummy dragons to complete the level. Some of the cherries/dragons are already on the board and the remaining ones will drop onto the board as you play.

Stripes can be used to clear the waffles each side of the board. Switch stripes with each other or with another special candy. As you begin to clear the blockers at the bottom of the board you should drop your combos down to clear the waffles at the bottom of the board to collect the cherries/dragons remaining on the board.

Level 4213 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an ingredient level, you have to collect all the cherries to complete the level. 

If you have gummi dragons instead of cherries you should treat them in exactly the same way as you would the cherries, they need to be dropped to the exits in exactly the same way. 

The exits are at the bottom of the board and at the bottom of the sections containing waffles, so you will need to clear the waffles using stripes and stripe combos. You should get lots of stripes dropping from the top of the board and these can be switched with each other or with wraps to clear the waffles and the blockers. Clearing your way down through the blockers will enable you to clear the waffles and collect the cherries at the sides.

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4212 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

You have to collect 5 ingredients to complete level 4213 Candy Crush Saga.

There are 4 on the board locked in licorice and one has to be dropped from the dispenser in the middle of the board.

The frog will be the best way to complete this level unless you get two colourbombs to switch together.

First uncover the frog, then grow it by either matching it or using a colourbomb. Once the frog is grown move it onto the top waffle on one side, then use a colourbomb to grow it again and use it to collect the two cherries from the other side of the board.

The fifth ingredient will drop from the dispenser when you have cleared the chocolate and you just need to get it to the exit, s double stripe or stripe/wrap combo will do the job.
