Hints and tips showing how to pass level 4583 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Level 4583 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a multi task level, you have to collect licorice and yellow candies as well as clearing all the jelly to complete the level. All the jelly in is the middle part of the board and also the lucky candies which will give you the yellow candies and licorice to complete the orders.
It is very tempting to start switching the lucky candies in the middle of the board, but avoid doing this until you have cleared some of the blockers at the bottom of the board. The blockers are preventing new candies from dropping through the portals into the top part of the board. You will need some of the candies to drop through the portals as you will be able to drop special candies through into the middle which can be used to help collect the orders and clear the jelly.
Take your time and study the board carefully, remember that the candies in the bottom part of the board are able to drop through the portals into the top section if they are positioned over the portals. This feature can be useful to get combos together, or just to get the right coloured candy in position to make a colourbomb or other special candy.
If you are unable to make a special candy or combo switch the lucky candies together to get the orders. The lucky candies will give you both licorice and yellow candies to begin with. If you can collect all the licorice first you will just get yellow candies which won't block your moves as the licorice will.
Take your time and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any chances of making the special candies and combos you need to complete the level.
