Level 4638 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect licorice to complete the level. The hardest thing to do on this level is to get the licorice dropping from the dispensers at each side of the board. The fish from the floats will help to unlock and collect the licorice, but they don't always go where you want them. Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best combos to use as they will collect the orders as well as getting more to drop from the dispensers.

Level 4638 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to collect licorice to complete the level. There is already some licorice on the board at the start of the game, but you need to get more dropping from the dispensers to complete the orders and this can be the tricky part of the level.

From the start you need to look for special candies and combos, first to clear the crystal candies and unlock the locked licorice, then to clear licorice or get more dropping from the dispensers. Stripe/wrap combos are usually quite effective in clearing the crystal candies and collecting the licorice, but any combo will help. There are wrapped candy dispensers on each side of the board and these wraps can help by clearing some of the licorice and getting more to drop.

The hardest part of level 4638 is getting enough licorice to drop because every time you clear some by switching beside it no more will drop the next move. The only way to avoid this is to clear the licorice using combos that do not touch any licorice when switched.

Any combo will clear licorice as long as there is some on the board but if you switch a combo after you have cleared some licoice it will be wasted as no more will drop, best to wait a move before switching the combo.

The moves have been reduced since the video below was made but the game is completed in 24 moves so is still relevant.
