The new level 5030 is a dual task level, you have to collect the gummi dragons and clear the jelly to complete the level. All the dragons are on the board at the start of the game, you just have to remove the blockers holding them back.

There are things to help you on the board, at the top there are stripe dispensers and fishing floats. Fish from the floats will target jelly and also the licorice shells at the bottom of the board so the more fish you get by hitting the floats with combos the better.

Stripe/wrap combos are one of the best ways to clear the board as they can be used to clear the waffles as well as hit the floats at the top.

Look carefully at the board before every move and don't waste moves if you can help it.

Level 5030 Candy Crush Saga is an orders level, you have to clear all the cakes to complete the level. The cakes can only be cleared using combos as there are candy canes surrounding them which prevent you from making matches beside them.

By far the best combo to make is a double colourbomb combo if you can make them, it isn't too hard to make colourbombs but not so easy to get them side by side.

The other good combos are stripe/wrap combos which are easier to make, so use these whenever possible. Once you start clearing the cakes there is no point making combos below empty spaces, so concentrate on making the combos below the remaining cakes so that you don't waste moves. 

Another combo that can be helpful is a colourbomb/stripe combo, although I have found that the stripes tend to go the wrong way as often as not, so you need a bit of luck with this combo.
