Level 5143 Candy Crush Saga is a jelly level, you just have to clear all the jelly to complete the level. Sound easy, but it is far from easy.
You need to collect keys to unlock the sides and middle of the board and the keys drop from the dispensers in the top right corner, so you need to make room for them to drop by making matches in the top right or the bottom left. Making a move in the bottom left will bring candies down through the portals from the top right, so allowing the keys to drop.
Try to make colourbomb combos to clear jelly as well as collecting the keys. Once the board is unlocked you will have two coconut wheels which can be used to help clear jelly and also to hit one of the popcorns. The colourbombs from the popcorns are very important for clearing jelly, especially if you switch them with a stripe or a wrap.
There is jelly under the pocorns so they have to be grown to clear the jelly, so you may as well concentrate on making the wraps to grow them quickly. As with all jelly levels you need to make as many powerful combos as possible and blast everything on the board until it is cleared.
