Level 5161 Candy Crush Saga is a dual task level, you have to collect the ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level. You can more or less ignore the ingredients as they will be collected as you clear the jelly.
The right side of the board is the "bottom" of the board, so making moves there will create the best cascades, however to begin with the right side of the board is much harder to make good moves in due to the blockers and crystal candies. To begin with you need to try to open up the board so that you will be able to make better combos. Using combos to hit the fishing floats will give you plenty of fish and the fish will target the spawners and help to destroy them.
Colourbombs and colourbomb combos are the best way to complete this level, as with all jelly levels you will need some powerful combos to have a chance of completing it. Once the right side is more open you should work there as much as possible to create the cascades which will clear the maximum amount of jelly.
