Level 5210 Candy Crush Saga is a multi task level, you have to collect blockers and licorice as well as clear the jelly to complete the level. Don't worry about collecting the orders, concentrate on clearing the jelly and everything else will follow.
Once you start to clear the left side of the board you will not get any candies dropping into the jelly, except for a few wrapped candies which are not very helpful. Having said that if you wait until two wrapped candies drop into the top part you can switch them together to clear the top part of the board. Then you can get two wrapped candies in the bottom part and switch them. This only works if you don't bloa up the wraps before they get together.
By far the best combos are double colourbombs, other combos may work but I doubt you will clear the level easily without these combos. You will probably need at least two double colourbomb combos as well as others to clear all the jelly.
