Level 5299 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a super hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect waffles and clear the jelly to complete the level. 

The fish are quite important in this level, they will clear the two difficult jellies in the top squares which don't have a candy in them. To get the fish you will need to clear waffles below the dispensers at each side of the board. Work on making special candies and combos to clear the waffles and the jellies will be collected as you play. Don't waste moves making special candies that won't be helpful to you. eg: vertical stripes when you really need sideways ones.

Try to work as close to the bottom of the board as you can to create cascades which will help to clear more jelly and waffles. Take your time and look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't waste any as there are not many to spare.

Level 5299 Candy Crush Saga is the forth hard level in a row so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is a dual task level, you have to collect licorice and clear the jelly to complete the level.

There is a definite strategy to passing level 5299, this involves wrapped candy combos and is possibly the only way you are going to pass, so take note.

There are two wrapped candy dispensers, one near the middle of the board and one at the top. When you get a wrapped candy from the lower dispenser drop it down to the conveyor at the bottom of the board, then make moves elsewhere to clear jelly. Keep your eye on the wrapped candy at the top of the board and as soon as the wrap from the bottom is beside the top one switch them together. This will clear the blockers and release the licorice and also clear any licorice that is on the board. Repeat this as many times as it takes, some of the wraps will be lost but there will always be more dropping from the dispensers. Each time you get two together at the top switch them until all the jelly is cleared. By this time you should have collected enough licorice for the orders and can now concentrate on clearing any remaining jelly in the main part of the board.
