Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6072 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: This is an ingredients level and the ingredients travel down the side sections, up to the top of the main board and down to the exits.
The first job is to destroy the spawners at the same time as clearing the rainbow twists. Clearing the rainbow twists will release the ingredients to drop onto the main board. Once the ingredients are free you need to work as close to the bottom of the board as possible and make colourbomb combos to create cascades which will bring down the ingredients quickly.
