Hints and tips showing how to pass level 6279 Candy Crush Saga without boosters by Cookie

I will post videos for every level and write tips where I think they are needed but otherwise please feel free to give your tips in the comments.
Tips: This is classified as a nightmarishly hard level so you can expect to lose some lives before you manage to pass it.
This is a dual task level, you have to collect two ingredients and clear the jelly to complete the level. The ingredients have to drop down from the top to the bottom squares and from there to the side sections where the exits are.
You need to clear the blockers in the bottom 2 squares using stripes and also clear the rainbow twists from the side sections. Once these blockers are cleared the ingredients will be able to drop into the side sections and you then need to clear the licorice and blockers to get them to the exits.
Colourbomb combos can be made in the middle section of the board and these are the best combos to clear the jelly and collect the ingredients.
At the time of writing there are no videos available without boosters although I have been down to needing only one jelly once. The video below by Cookie is made using one hammer and one hand.
