Level 6651 Candy Crush Saga is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an order level, you have to collect licorice and waffles to complete the level. 

You need to use sideways stripes and stripe/wrap combos to clear the licorice, or if you can get wrapped candies beside the candy fences they wll also clear licorice. There are just enough waffles on the board for the orders so they all have to be cleared to complete the level. 

Look carefully at the board before every move and take your time, there is no time limit so no need to rush.

Tips: Level 6651 is classified as a hard level so you may lose some lives before you manage to pass it. This is an orders level, you have to collect waffles, licorice and chocolate to complete the level.

The spawners at the bottom of the board will give a lot of the chocolate, but this isn't the bast way to deal with the orders. You should concentrate on making moves in the bottom half of the board and try to destroy the spawners rather than let them spawn. Once the spawners are destroyed you will get loads of lucky candies dropping from the sides and these will give you all the orders you need combined with the dispensers higher up on the board.
You will need to keep working in the bottom part of the board to create cascades which will collect most of the orders.
