Level 3183 is a straightforward jelly level but it needs some powerful combos to clear all the jelly in the moves available.
Make combos using the bombs if you can to keep them under control without wasting moves as you don't have many to spare.
Colourbomb/stripe combos are good and you can use the conveyors to get the combos together, remember the conveyors move in the opposite directions to each other so your special candies need to be 2 spaces apart for them to come together.
Sideways stripes should be made whenever possible but remember to keep looking for colourbombs to switch with them.
I used a jelly fish booster after coming close to clearing the jelly many times, the fish will take those last few jwllies from under the blockers.

You have to collect 4 ingredients to complete level 3172 Candy Crush Saga.
The first two ingredients are on the board and to collect them you will need to clear the blockers that are holding them back. A colourbomb will clear some of the blockers if you use it to clear bombs, but the rest will have to be cleared using stripes.
The two best combos are a double colourbomb and a colourbomb/stripe. Both these combos should clear some, if not all, of the blockers and bombs and this will get the first ingredients out of the exits.
The two popcorns will be really useful once they are grown but don't waste moves just trying to grow them, concentrate on making colourbombs and stripes and the popcorns will grow as you clear the blockers.
Very often one of the ingredients got stuck and didn't drop down from the top section when I played which made it impossible to pass, but usually the ingredients will drop once the way is clear.
You might find it helpful to use a coconut wheel booster.

The task is to collect 2 ingredients in 20 moves.
There is no need to clear the whole board, in fact you don't have enough moves to do that so don't waste moves trying. You only have to clear a path for the ingredients to drop through to the exits and the left side is the easiest to do this.
First clear the unlocked chocolate to stop it from spreading, then leave the locked chocolate alone, there is no need to clear it and if you unlock it you'll have to clear it to stop it taking over.
Work on the left side as much as possible and use the conveyors to get special candies and combos where you need them.
Don't let the ingredients drop off the conveyor on the right side as it's harder to collect them there.
