From the start you need to be looking for stripes and wraps, and if you can switch them together better still.
Use the fish to help clear some of the chocolate and jelly, then try to get a stripe beside the colour bomb as this will almost clear the jelly in one move, especially if you have some candies in the jelly the same colour as the stripe.
Fish will always go for jelly and even if the jelly is covered by chocolate the fish will clear one layer of jelly along with the chocolate.
