The UFO's can be brought into play by using stripes, or a well place stripe/wrap combo. 
The easy way to complete level 850 is to use a fish booster if you have one, or with luck you may get some fish from the mystery candies.
Fish seem to go for the UFO's quite often, so hope for some from the mysteries.
Otherwise you just have to unfreeze the UFO's the hard way.
Use them straight away if you can and they may unlock the rest for you.

You have 45 moves to collect 3 ingredients.
2 cherries are locked n licorice at the top of the board and the third is locked in a cell near the bottom of the board and needs 4 keys to unlock. The keys are already on the board, you just need to unlock them and match them to release the third cherry.
There is also a UFO on the board which you should use as soon as you have unlocked it from the licorice, with luck it ma unlock one or both of the top cherries.

Tips for level 848 Candy Crush Saga
You need to collect 18 wrapped candies in 38 moves, which isn't as hard as it sounds on level 848 because there are 4 UFO's on the board at the start which will give you 12 of the wraps, so you only need to make 6 more to complete the level.
At the start of level 848 your moves are very limited so try to destroy the cream blockers to give you more room to work. Use the first couple of UFO's straight away to help clear the board.
Once you have clear space look for your wraps and other special candies. Colour bombs are useful to remove a colour and help you make wraps easier.
Watch the number of wraps you need. If you save one or two of the UFO's till the end you can keep making colour bombs and wraps to get your score up and get three stars. Just use the UFO's when you have a couple of moves left.
