How to use Candy Crush Saga flying saucers or UFO's.

You will encounter the Candy Crush Saga UFO or flying saucer for the first time when you reach level 846.
Below is the screenshot of level 846 Candy Crush Saga showing the UFO circled in the middle of the board.

The Candy Crush Saga UFO is a really useful booster which can help enormously to clear chocolate or jelly levels.
The Candy Crush Saga UFO can be switched with any candy that isn't locked in marmalade or licorice strings.
The UFO can only be switched with another candy or a special candy and when you switch it, it will hover over the board for a few seconds, then fire out three wrapped candies randomly, which will then detonate giving two explosions each as a normal Candy Crush Saga wrapped candy would.
It can be switched with a special candy such as a wrap or stripe, or even a colour bomb, but it is a waste of the special candy as you still only get the three wrapped candies. 
You should save your special candies to use in other ways so they won't be wasted.
Unfortunately you can't direct where the Candy Crush Saga UFO will fire the wraps, so they are not always as helpful as you would like.
There are some orders levels where you need to collect wrapped candies and the UFO's are very helpful on those levels as they will provide 3 wraps each which will count towards your orders.
I have found that on most levels with UFO's it is best to use them as soon as possible, as they will open up the board by getting rid of cream blockers as well as chocolate as in level 846 above.

Tips and tricks for level 875 Candy Crush Saga

First look at the bottom of the board to see if you can make a match in the jelly before the chocolate starts to spawn from the chocolate spawners.

After that you have to ignore the chocolate for a while and try to make stripes and wraps in the top half of the board until the keys can be collected.

The keys will unlock specials at the sides of the board one at a time. You don't want to unlock too many at the same time or some will be wasted.

The first specials to be unlocked are stripe/wrap combos. Try to drop them onto the conveyor and use them where they will clear the most chocolate or jelly. They will also help grow the popcorn too.

After them will be colour bombs, then last of all two coconut wheels..

Use the specials wisely, but don't try to save them too long once they are unlocked, as you are likely to lose them.

 The coconut wheels should be moved to the side so they will give you three stripes, which will clear a layer off the bottom squares, either chocolate or jelly.

There is jelly under the popcorn, so that will need to be cleared also, which will give you another colour bomb.

If the chocolate is taking over and you need to clear the board it may be useful to switch 2 colour bombs together to clear everything and see what you have left to clear. But only do that if it won't make you lose your coconut wheels.

There's a lot of different things to think about on level 875 so you need to play slowly and think carefully about your moves.

Tips and tricks for level 874 Candy Crush Saga

Level 874 always starts with the chance to make 2 colour bombs.

ALWAYS make the top one first, then the bottom one. If you go for the bottom one first you will lose the top one.

Use one of the colour bombs straight away, it usually doesn't matter which one, but if uyou try to save them both the top one will likely be swallowed up by the chocolate. If you use whichever is next to the colour candy with most on the board it will save the other one from being eaten.

After you have used the colour bombs try to prevent the chocolate blocking your moves by making as many specials as you can and keep using them to control it while at the same time clearing the cream and jelly.

This is not a difficult level, but not easy either, especially if you lose concentration and miss good moves, so slow down and check the board carefully before every move so you don't miss chances to make combos.
