Hints and tips for level 991 Candy Crush Saga
You will need to grow the lower of the three popcorns to allow the fruit to fall. It doesn't matter about the other two popcorns, they are not in the way but you can grow them if you have plenty of moves.
Collect the keys and clear the middle popcorn and then work under the fruit to allow it to fall.
The next fruit will fall after the first one is off the board. All three ingredients fall from the same dispenser but they can only fall if there is space for them to fall into so the candies or licorice have to be cleared from under the dispenser to allow them to fall.

There have been many complaints that the fruit is not dropping on level 991 and at the moment there doesn't seem to be much you can do if it happens to you except keep trying and don't waste boosters.
It has not happened to me so really can't say if there is a way to get the ingredients to drop or it's just bad luck if they don't.
King have been informed of the problem so hopefully it will be fixed soon.
