The ingredients fall down on specific moves, so if you make a vertical move over one of the teleports on those moves the ingredients will fall in the correct column so you won't have to move them over.
Clear the blockers covering one or more of the teleports, the ones on the right are possibly the best to clear as the ingredients don't have as far to fall.

The ingredients will appear on moves 41, 36, 31, 26, 21 and 16.
Make Those moves above a teleport in the part of the board where you want them, particularly on the right, and your job is half done.
Once the ingredients are near the bottom of the board you will need to move the candies in the right part of the board to make space for them to go through the teleports. Once the ingredients are on the conveyors you can forget about them and work on the rest, as they will go out of the exit on their own.
