The best way to clear level 1179 and get the ingredients down is by switching two colour bombs together. This will clear the board and unlock the ingredients all in one move.

I never managed to get that combo so had to do it the hard way by making stripes.

If you fire a stripe through another stripe, not switch them together, this will be like two hits and it will clear the licorice and unlock the fruit in one go.

I played this mind numbingly boring level so many times that I gave in and used a hammer to get the last fruit.
Another option if you have plenty of boosters, you can just use 4 lollipop hammers on the ingredients, game over, no moves, 3 stars.

You are going to need several colour bombs or well placed stripe/wrap comnbos to get to the locked candies in the corners of the board.

The popcorns will give you two colour bombs so don't overlook them as it's easy to be working on the rest of the board and forget about them.

Once you use one colour bomb look carefully to see if you can make another as just after using one is the best opportunity to make a second one.

This is a very restricted board to begin with so try to clear something with every move, either a piece of cake or a cream blocker.

The best way to grow the popcorns is with wrapped candies, although stripes will work they need to be in the right place to do any good.

Matches of three won't be enough to clear level 1177, you will need combos.
