You will need vertical stripes, wraps and stripe/wrap combos to unlock and remove chocolate. Level 1295 is all about clearing chocolate!
Feed the frog as you are clearing chocolate and you can use him to clear a patch of chocolate. You can place him on normal chocolate, but not on locked chocolate.
Be very careful not to place the frog on the conveyor, or allow him to fall down onto it as the chocolate will grow and cover him, which will freeze the game as the conveyor can not move with chocolate on it. Normally chocolate will not cover the conveyor, but the frog seems to be able to negate that and allow the chocolate onto the conveyor. This has to be avoided at all costs.

Once you can begin to make moves in the jelly you should be able to make combos and clear it fairly easily. I made quite a few mistakes in the video below but still managed to clear the jelly with moves to spare, so you shouldn’t find level 1295 Candy Crush Saga too difficult if you concentrate and study the board carefully.

This is a really fun level with the potential for some high scores and awesome cascades.  You just need to open up the board  first. Pretty straight forward.  
Chocolate needs to be managed but it's not too overwhelming.  If you're having trouble clearing this board just follow basic clear the jelly strategy. 
Make every move count by dinging the blockers with each move, focus on the sides and corners, big combos like a double chocolate bomb combo or chocolate bomb / stripe combo really clears a lot of jelly.  If you're going for stars or points, go for the chocolate bomb/wrap combos.
Remember to check the whole board before every move to make the best combos.

Try to make every single move clear some of the layers off the blockers.  The sooner you can open up the board the sooner you can start making combos to clear the jelly.  Concentrate on the sides and corners as those are the hardest to clear  and the least hit by the cascades.  Chocolate bombs and stripe combos really help.  
Use the conveyor belt to deliver counterparts for combos.
Check the whole board carefully before every move so you don't miss any chances to make combos.
