Level 1272 is a pretty straight forward level and depends a lot on your ability to make combos.  
A couple of big combos like a chocolate bomb and a stripe or a double chocolate bomb blast does the trick. 
 First goal would be to get rid of the licorice locks and then the chocolate. 
 Don't get too focused on the bottom that you forget to check up top for combos, it's real easy to drop them down to help clear the bottom.   
Dropping a stripe, wrapped or chocolate bomb onto the conveyor belt helps deliver it to another stripe/wrapped/chocolate bomb so save them so you can make  a nice combo.

Your first priority should be to get rid of the first lot of bombs.  
If you avoid hitting the blockers on the very bottom row you will avoid releasing new bombs - so try to wait until the bombs turn the corner before you start getting rid of them -- if you can that is.  Try to drop a couple wrapped candies down into the center of the board to to open it up.  
The bombs are 15 count so if you can wait till you have 15 moves left before you start working on the bottom you will not have to worry about the bombs. Always check the bottom in case some get released during a combo blast.  
As with all clear the jelly levels, go for combos and special candies to remove the most jelly.

Look at the whole board carefully before you make a move. If you can make a move in the top part do it as this will clear licorice. If you can't make a move in the top make special's in the bottom part of the board.
Keep checking the top as eventually you will be able to make moves as the conveyor brings the candies together.
It may be a good idea to save your specials and combos for when some of the licorice is cleared so they will clear the maximum amount of jelly. But if you have some good combos and have no better moves left you can use them to clear the licorice. I find it a bit of a waste to use combos against licorice though as it will only shift one or two pieces while making a match will clear much more.
