Candy Crush Saga Level 1288

Hints and tips showing how to pass level 1288 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.
Try to get to the mystery candies as quickly as possible and with luck they will give you the combos you will need to unlock and clear the chocolate at the bottom.
Once the chocolate is gone it won't come back so you can concentrate on clearing the jelly.
The combos will also grow the popcorn in the middle to give you a colour bomb.
This can be quite a fun level once you get to the mystery candies with lots of cascades and colour bombs appearing.

This level has been made harder and here is the latest video from YT with 12 moves made without boosters.

If you are playing on mobile level 1293 is extremely hard, try on a PC if you can and you will find it much easier, the tips below and video are for PC.
You need to work your way into the middle using any method you can. Look carefully first to see it you can make a stripe or a wrap and get them on the conveyor so it will take them where they will do most damage to the cream blockers.
Any combo is good if you can get the specials together and you will also get some mystery candies falling which will help. The more cascades you can make the more mystery candies will appear.
Get the cascades by working close to the bottom of the board, but only after you have checked for better moves elsewhere.

 If you can detonate all three cake cannons, they will clear out all the jelly.  
The promise of a chocolate bomb for popping a popcorn is a distraction.  Focus on the cakes and let the cannons clear out the jelly.  Luckily all three cakes are on the bottom of the board so all your specials can be dropped down to form combos.  The first cannon will remove the licorice so you can get to the one to the left.   There are portals to consider so once you have the two on the right cleared moves on the lower left side of the board can help move specials over there - they can also displace part of a combo you have set up and hinder your progress if your not careful. 
 If you have a combo set up, use it right away so you don't lose it.
