Level 1281 Candy Crush Saga has beed changed yety again and now has only 16 moves to clear all the jelly, but the strategy remains the same. You need to clear the cake as quickly as possible using stripe/wrap combos or double wrap combos, once the cake has been cleared you should hopefully have some colourbombs from the popcorns. Switch two colourbombs together as many times as you can and watch the fireworks! Once you begin switching the colourbombs together you are practically done as the cascades and explosions will clear the rest.

Very fun level.  This board practically cleared itself.  
There are only 4 colors so making combos is super easy and cascades provide loads of gifts.  The chocolate never moved outside the popcorn walls so it was a non issue.  Took a little bit of work to get the board going but once it starts it's super cool.  
Try to drop some wraps on the conveyor belt to pop some corn.  Some vertical stripes can be used to finish off the lower pieces the cake.  Once the cake cannon goes off the lower part of the board will fill up and making special candies become even easier.  Go for a really big blast like wrap/wrap to start a cascade. 
There are now only 16 moves which makes this level significantly harder, but the strategy remains the same, clear the cake using combos then use wraps to grow the popcorns.

A very busy board.  A board full of 4 and 5 hit blockers, rainbow candies, UFO's, lucky OR unlucky candy (depending on the board of course) and conveyor belts - a very typical board for the last level of an episode.  
Going in your moves are very limited so make every move count towards opening up the board more so you can create your combos.  Study  the zig zag conveyor belts so you can deliver combo counterparts.   
Go for the stripe/wrap combos as they are the hardest to get.  Half your wraps will come from the UFO and then your stripe/wrap combos will count  towards the individual ingredients too.    If you get any chocolate bombs go for the color least saturated on the board to increase your chances of getting cascade gifts.  
This board requires a lot of concentration so take your time.

There are 2 obvious tactics for this level:::   
Either remove the cages, try to keep the marmalade on the wrapped candies long  enough till you can pop the popcorn  and then use those wraps with the chocolate bombs OR use the wrapped candy to help pop the popcorn and then try to drop wrapped candies next to the chocolate bomb.  
I found both ways pretty futile because you can't move the bombs and it's almost impossible to make a wrapped up top high enough to use with the top ball.  
The less obvious tactic is to pop the cages and just focus on making chocolate bombs and wraps off to the sides,  which is what I was able to do to clear this board.  If by chance I did get a chocolate bomb from the popcorn, and there were no wraps that could be used with it, I used it to remove the color least on the board to help me make my combos.
