You have to make what ever moves you can at first.
Once the board starts to open up focus on getting a couple wrap/stripe blasts so you can get the chocolate bombs released from the popcorn.
Once the popcorn starts popping do double chocolate bomb blasts. If your lucky you will get 3. If you can get the 3 double chocolate bomb blasts then you should only have a few isolated jellies to clear out.
Try to clear the ones closest to the spinners first because that is where the chocolate will start spawning again and you may lose track of it and lose the game.

Don't get too distracted with all the parts of this board.
The only popcorn you need to worry about is the one 2 spaces below the ingredient dispenser in the middle of the board.
The ingredients only need to drop 2 spaces so focus on that area. Keep the chocolate under control.
Make horizontal stripes up high and let them drop to align with that piece of popcorn in the middle. If you do get chocolate bombs from the other popcorn save it for when your ingredients come out to remove that one piece of candy that could be potentially blocking

You need to clear the cake as quickly as possible using stripe/wrap combos or double wrap combos, once the cake has been cleared you should hopefully have some colourbombs from the popcorns. Switch two colourbombs together as many times as you can and watch the fireworks! Once you begin switching the colourbombs together you are practically done as the cascades and explosions will clear the rest.

Very fun level. This board practically cleared itself.
There are only 4 colors so making combos is super easy and cascades provide loads of gifts. The chocolate never moved outside the popcorn walls so it was a non issue. Took a little bit of work to get the board going but once it starts it's super cool.
Try to drop some wraps on the conveyor belt to pop some corn. Some vertical stripes can be used to finish off the lower pieces the cake. Once the cake cannon goes off the lower part of the board will fill up and making special candies become even easier. Go for a really big blast like wrap/wrap to start a cascade. There are now only 16 moves which makes this level significantly harder, but the strategy remains the same, clear the cake using combos then use wraps to grow the popcorns.
