This can be a very frustrating level.  
You will need loads of combos to clear level 1361..  
It's pretty straight forward to clear all the jelly but all the blockers have jelly underneath them so those will be the biggest issue.  
Start from the very first move looking for stripe / wrap and chocolate bomb combo opportunities.  To give you an idea of how many combos I needed to pass: I needed 2 double chocolate bomb combos, 2 stripe/wrap combos,  several single stripe and wrap moves, TONS of 3 candy moves and a couple decent cascades to clear it.  The sides are the most difficult to clear so focus on them more than the center but never stop looking for big combos because you will need them.   
Go slow, study the board and you will end up getting it.

There is no need to clear the Evil spawners at the bottom of the board, they are annoying, but won't prevent you from getting the fruit down.
The first fruit falls on move 26 and the second on 21. The third fruit appears once the first is off the board and the forth when you have collected the second, so you need to get the first two off the board as soon as possible.

The ingredients fall out of the dispensers every other move starting on move 38, providing you make a move below them to allow the ingredients to fall.
Because of this you can get the ingredients to fall down in the right side of the board, which is the easiest way to get them to the exits, by only making moves on the right side of the board when an ingredient is due to fall.
If the ingredients fall down on the left side of the board it needs a lot of moves to get them to the exit.
When one ingredient falls you can make the next move on the left side if you want, then go back to the right. Continue in this way until all the ingredients are on the board. 
Once the ingredients are on the board get them on the conveyor and let them move up to the exit.
It's important that you have a move ready once the ingredients get over the exit, or the small inner conveyor, as you must not allow them to get past the exit.
Once the ingredients are moving up the right conveyor be very careful that you don't make too many moves that will drop them down again.
