All the jelly that needs to be cleared is on the bottom.  They are double jellies that need the licorice cleared first. The first cake cannon will clear the licorice, the second cannon will clear one layer off and then you can just chip away at the final layer with regular moves and combos.  If you can get a double chocolate bomb combo you will be done. 
The video below starts with 25 moves but could quite easily have been completed in less, the player used more moves than needed to get a better score.

The ingredients fall on move 13, 10 and 7. Make those moves in the center part of the upper board to control where the ingredients fall.  
Try to avoid any horizontal plays on those moves  - that could allow the ingredient to be released from the 2 most outermost columns and getting stuck down below.  
Concentrate on busting through the blockers up top so you can fill up the bottom of the board.  Once you can get candies down there take every chance you can to break through the bottom row of blockers to expose the exits.  
You do not get a whole lot of moves to get all that done so take your time and make them all count.
Look carefully at the whole board before every move so you don't miss any good moves and remember to check your moves so you know when to expect the ingredients.

1402 is a pretty self explanatory level.  First hit  the evil spawner 4 times to get rid of it then use basic game play strategy to clear all the blockers so you can clear the jelly.

Level 1402 is not as easy as it looks, although the concept is quite simple.... remove the spawner then work on the cream blockers and jelly....It isn't as easy as that.
The cream blockers are multi hit and the jelly underneath is also 2 layers, so you will need some powerful combos to get through it all in the moves available.
Wrapped candies and stripe/wrap combos are good, so are colour bomb/stripe combos. But in the end it will come down to how many combos you can make and blast away at everything on the board. 
Look carefully at the whole board before every move and work close to the bottom as long as there is no better move elsewhere.
