Level 1407 looks worse than it is. The jelly is all under the cream blockers so everything has to be cleared. The bombs can be a problem but they have a long countdown so you should be able to get to them before they count down to zero.
First see if you can make matches with the bombs as this will begin to break the blockers, otherwise you'll have to work your way in from the top right, which takes a bit longer.
Stripes, wraps and combos of the two will do a lot of damage and once the board begins to open up you'll be able to make colour bombs which you can use alone or switch with another special candy.
Keep an eye on the number of moves you have left and once your moves are less than the countdown on the bombs you can ignore them and concentrate on clearing jelly.

Look at the whole board before every move and if you have a good move on the conveyor don't try to save it as it won't stay!

You have only 25 moves to make 35 wrapped candies! Seems impossible but there are already 24 wrapped candies in the form of UFO's in the top right of the board.
You need to clear the chocolate in as few moves as possible, which means using stripe/wrap combos or double wrap combos. This will uncover the frog. Grow the frog and use him to unlock the UFO's, which can then be switched together to give you loads of wrapped candies.
You should find that some wraps will make themselves so you may only need to make a few.
You will need a bit of luck to complete level 1406, but if you are good at making wrapped candies you shouldn't have too much trouble with it.

Best hints and tips showing how to pass level 1405 Candy Crush Saga without boosters.
Level 1405 is classified as a hard level by King so you can expect to lose a few lives before you finally manage to pass it.
The first thing you need to do is break through the blockers and kill the Evil Spawner! If you don't get rid of that early in the game it will just take over the board with all kinds of nasties from chocolate to bombs! 
You will need quite a bit of luck with the candies to remove the spawner and I used the quit button quite a lot on level 1405!
Once the spawner is gone try to make stripe/wrap combos to clear the blockers which are stopping the ingredients from falling down to the exits. Vertical stripes will work, but need to be positioned correctly so combos are best.
