To begin with your moves are very restricted but you need to clear chocolate as a priority.
You only have 30 moves to get the fruit out of the exits so look carefully at the board before every move. 
The exits for the three ingredients are at the top but there is no need to worry about that for now.
Use stripes and stripe /wrap combos to unlock the fruit and as soon as it is free and the chocolate below it is clear the ingredient will fall down through the teleport and out of the exit.

Candy Crush Saga Level 1409

Classified as a hard level by King you can expect to lose a few lives before you manage to pass level 1409.
If you are good at timed levels you probably won't have too much trouble with level 1409, but I am very poor at them as I tend to play quite slowly and like to think about my moves.
You have 1 minute to get 61,000 points. There are some mystery candies and extra time candies in the bottom part of the board which you can use by collecting the keys in the top part. You need a bit of luck with the mystery candies as they can turn into chocolate and eat your extra time candies!
Even though this is a timed level you still need to look at the board for colour bombs and other special candies. Try not to use all the extra time candies at once as the time never goes above a minute so it may be better to save some if you can.
Colour bombs will get you the points so look for them before every move, they are not hard to make as there are few colours on the board.
If you are struggling with level 1409 try using a colour bomb booster at the start and use it to collect at least one of the keys at the top.

You have to collect 4 ingredients to pass level 1408 Candy Crush Saga.
The biggest problem is the licorice covering the right side of the board. Your task will be made much easier if you can make moves which clear the licorice from the right half of the board and allow you to make moves there.
The conveyors are not connected to each other so once the ingredients are on the conveyors they will remain on the same one going round and round unless you move them off by making matches below them.
For this reason you want the ingredients to be on the top or bottom conveyors as these will carry the ingredients into the right side of the board where the exits are. The middle conveyor will take them away unless they are on the far left, in this case leave them there and they will go where you want them faster.
Once you can make moves on the right clear as much licorice as you can while you are waiting for the fruit to appear. Making special candies is fairly easy without the licorice so you'll be able to use colour bombs and other combos to get the fruit out of the exits as soon as they are in position.
